It was a hassle free experience right from pick up and drop from guwahati airport. Also we received assistance for site seeing and elephant safari and jeep safari from these people. We enjoyed kaziranga assam and meghalaya trip thoroughly.

l and summed up as our local guide too..sight seeing went according to the itinerary..stay at shillong was good.. we were not happy with our stay at Cherrapunji as we had asked for a room for 2adults n 1kid...the room provided was too small with a small bed.no extra mattress given for kid even after requesting..other than this everything went off well..our travel agent was good enough to take care of our needs..but he didn't answer back our calls on the last day when we desperately wanted to change our hotel..that was a part of our experience...next time we prefer to have better experience with travel triangle. Reify. We were 2 females travelling and felt absolutely safe and happy throughout the trip. The people of North East are polite and the driver given to us was a gem. I think now i am comfortable to plan more trips to east india but only with Nikita

fic with full of pollution outside ==> driver is having gukta, which made my kids vomiting sensation. Post telling him to stop, he agreed ==> driver denied to go specific destination claiming not possible .. but post discussion with travel manager .. problem solved ==> during dawki river trip, driver wants to take a boating with private persons instead of govt organised boating (not good for us) Most importantly driver acts as driver not as guide.. we dont know where he is going .. what are all covered for the day etc. . He just goes to one place .. with no information to us .. One good thing is travelled even late hours one day till 10:00PM Overall OK with indemen travels (not really good experience)
